Nicole, Office Manager
Hi! I'm Nicole and I've been in the dental field for 28 years. I attended UF dental school where I obtained my expanded functions certificate, as well as my radiology. I started my dental career in the lab, and then moved into dental assisting. I was a dental assistant for the first 5 & 1/2 years at a general dentistry practice in Sarasota FL. before switching to endodontics where I was the head assistant for 11 & 1⁄2 years. From there I moved my way up into management and now this is the fourth dental practice that I've run. I've obtained numerous continuing education certificates in business management, HR and dental insurance to name a few.
In my spare time I love to shop (I'm a sneaker head), go to the movies, anything on the water or outdoors as well as spend time with my family and friends. I also have a cat named Ghost.
Rosa, Front Desk Coordinator
My name is Rosa and I'm a dental assistant. I've been in the dental field for 3 years and love making people smile. In the beginning of my career, I worked mostly in an office who specialized in dentures. However, I quickly realized my love for implants and full mouth restorations so I sought employment where I could thrive and be in that environment. I enjoy working with my team and strive to make patients happy daily. Outside of work, I enjoy doing nails, spending time with my family and my three beautiful boys.

In 2004, I graduated from Albany Medical College with a Master's in Nurse Anesthesia. I moved to Sarasota and began my career at Sarasota Memorial Hospital, where I practiced for 15 years.. In 2010, I started my own business and began providing office- based anesthesia to various surgical and dental offices. I understand the anxiety that a great majority of people encounter with dental procedures and pride myself on providing a soothing, comforting and safe experience. Outside of work I enjoy time with my kids, dogs and friends. My hobbies include weight lifting, boxing, yoga and running.

Hi! My name is Katie and I'm a Proud employee of Smile 360. I work with Dr. Byars and his excellent team to achieve healthy, beautifully dental-restored smiles. I've been a dental assistant for over 25 years and I look forward to many more in this rewarding field. My main goal is to make patients feel comfortable in our office and assist them in attaining their dental goals. I strive to make experiences with Smile 360 as enjoyable as possible. In my free time, I enjoy spending it with family and loved ones. I am an avid animal lover & have 3 dogs and a cat at home. They keep me busy when I'm not at work. At Smile 360 I have a great opportunity to meet amazing people every day. Serving our patients has been such a privilege & I feel blessed to be a part of our special Dental family!

Hi! I'm Kendel, a dental assistant and proud graduate of Florida Career College. I have a deep passion for dentistry and have known ever since I was a child that I wanted to be in the dental field. Teaching patients about good oral health and changing patients' lives one smile at a time is my passion!
