Nicole, Office Manager
Hi! I'm Nicole and I've been in the dental field for 28 years. I attended UF dental school where I obtained my expanded functions certificate, as well as my radiology. I started my dental career in the lab, and then moved into dental assisting. I was a dental assistant for the first 5 & 1/2 years at a general dentistry practice in Sarasota FL. before switching to endodontics where I was the head assistant for 11 & 1⁄2 years. From there I moved my way up into management and now this is the fourth dental practice that I've run. I've obtained numerous continuing education certificates in business management, HR and dental insurance to name a few.
In my spare time I love to shop (I'm a sneaker head), go to the movies, anything on the water or outdoors as well as spend time with my family and friends. I also have 2 cats, Ghost and Joey.

In 2004, I graduated from Albany Medical College with a Master's in Nurse Anesthesia. I moved to Sarasota and began my career at Sarasota Memorial Hospital, where I practiced for 15 years.. In 2010, I started my own business and began providing office- based anesthesia to various surgical and dental offices. I understand the anxiety that a great majority of people encounter with dental procedures and pride myself on providing a soothing, comforting and safe experience. Outside of work I enjoy time with my kids, dogs and friends. My hobbies include weight lifting, boxing, yoga and running.

Hi! I'm Diana-a Renew Education Consultant at Smile 360, working with patients that are seeking full mouth restorations and solutions. I'm originally from Peru, speak Spanish and love seeing the world. I enjoy gardening, going to rock concerts and spending time with my cats and partner. My background is in the beauty industry where I previously worked as a hair stylist, Miami agency-represented model/actress, photographer and as a consultant for liposuction and plastic surgery. I have since crossed over to dentistry where my purpose feels more meaningful, guiding others in Renew-ing and achieving the smiles they've always dreamed of!

I've been a dental assistant for over 25 years and I look forward to many more in this rewarding field. My main goal is to make patients feel comfortable in our office and assist them in attaining their dental goals. I strive to make experiences with Smile 360 as enjoyable as possible. In my free time, I enjoy spending it with family and loved ones. I am an avid animal lover & have 3 dogs and a cat at home. They keep me busy when I'm not at work. In the beginning of my career, I worked mostly in an office who specialized in dentures. However, I quickly realized my love for implants and full mouth restorations so I sought employment where I could thrive and be in that environment. I enjoy working with my team and strive to make patients happy daily. Outside of work, I enjoy doing nails, spending time with my family and my two beautiful boys.
